Sign up for a new ZIP.GY account and confirm your phone number — the GYD 1,000 credit lands in your ZIP Wallet once you do. It's one credit per customer, spent on ZIP.GY (not withdrawn as cash), and a monthly platform limit applies, so the offer can pause until next month.

Yes. Every driver on our platform is verified and background-checked. All rides and deliveries are tracked via GPS in real time, and all payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

You can pay securely within the app using your credit/debit card, Mobile Money Guyana (MMG), or you can choose to pay with cash upon delivery or at the end of your ride.

Select 'Drive with ZIP.GY' from the menu or footer. You will need a valid Guyanese driver's licence, a roadworthy vehicle, and a smartphone to get started. Taxi drivers also need a hire car licence — see our licensing guides for the full process.

It is completely free to join ZIP.GY as a driver. There are no registration fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no upfront costs of any kind.

You earn money for every trip or delivery you complete. Earnings are transparent and shown upfront before you accept a job. Payments are processed after each completed trip.

Yes! You can see advance bookings in your driver app and plan your day accordingly. This helps you maximise your earnings especially during peak hours.

Listing your business on ZIP.GY is 100% free. There are no setup fees, no monthly hosting charges, and no hidden costs.

No. When a customer places an order with your business, a ZIP.GY driver will automatically be dispatched to pick it up and deliver it to the customer. We handle the logistics.

Open the 'For Business' page from the footer or menu, pick your business type, and fill out the short registration form. Our team will help you get your menu or products online, usually within 24 hours.

All Guyanese businesses are welcome — restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, market stalls, pharmacies, retail shops, and more.

Every driver undergoes identity verification, licence checks, vehicle inspection, and background checks before being approved on the platform.

ZIP.GY uses a unique 4-digit security code for each ride. Your driver must confirm the code before the trip begins, ensuring you only enter the correct vehicle.

Report issues immediately in the app. Our support team investigates and resolves disputes fairly. You can also raise a formal dispute through our resolution portal.

We use 256-bit SSL encryption and follow modern data protection standards. Your information is never shared with third parties without your consent.
