Every completed taxi trip of GYD 1,000 or more earns points on the fare you actually paid.
Order food
Restaurant orders earn points too, on the order total.

Swap points for ZIP wallet credit and use it on rides, food, groceries or deliveries.
Points are earned on taxi rides and food orders of GYD 1,000 or more — smaller trips and orders don't earn points or count toward the monthly 20-ride reward. Points don't expire. You earn the same points whether you pay by card, wallet or cash. Groceries and package deliveries don't earn points yet, but you can spend your wallet credit on them.

Your tier is based on total points you've ever earned, not your current balance, so redeeming never drops your tier. Bonus points are rounded to the nearest whole point.

20-ride reward
Complete 20 rides in a calendar month and we add GYD 3,000 to your wallet, on top of your points. Every completed taxi ride counts — no minimum fare. One reward per account per calendar month, added automatically once you hit 20.
How to use your points
Points turn into real money in your ZIP wallet. It works just like money you topped up.
- 1Open My Points (Rewards) in your account.
- 2Pick a reward: 50, 100, 200 or 500 points.
- 3Tap Redeem. The GYD credit goes into your ZIP wallet instantly.
- 4At checkout, choose ZIP Wallet as your payment and the credit is used.
