Every business in Guyana must be registered with the Deeds & Commercial Registries Authority (DCRA) and obtain a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) from the Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA). The TIN is required for all tax filings, bank transactions, government contracts, and imports. The right structure depends on your size and liability needs.
